Delay after delay for delivery with no explanation then randomly on a Friday night, notification that it had been left at my address. Was nowhere to be found and their response was to check the garden or the neighbours and keep looking for at least a week before they would action. No proof of delivery available when requested. Useless and inadequate assistance from the customer non-service. Raised a dispute with PayPal who denied my claim because they were told by Joom that delivery was made. PayPal took them at their word, no proof, that delivery has been made - rip offs, scammers, con artists, thieves. Wish I’d read the reviews before handing over my $$$

From the prompt, friendly, positive first contact i was extremely comfortable that my order would be handled efficiently and the product would be exactly as i expected
Happy enough with service & product that i wouldnt hesitate to recommend
