I would like to personally thank Clarks in Crawley County Mall for the impeccable way in which they supported my son with his shoe fitting yesterday. The minute I mentioned he was autistic, the manager positively reacted. She noted it was quite loud in the children's area so she suggested we sit in a quieter area. She assigned a wonderful assistant to us, Jaina, who did a virtual story board with my son to explain what would happen throughout the shoe fitting journey. I am so proud to see how inclusive and SEN friendly this store is and I can't reiterate enough how the small touches and acknowledgment of my son's needs made such a huge difference to our day and more so made my son's world very happy, feeling valued and special. I honestly can't thank you guys enough. What a fantastic store, well done.

Lucy has been my son's childminder for a number of years and Dom's addition to the team has complimented the great support that is already in place.
My son has additional needs and Lucy takes all needs into consideration to support and promote confidence in each child. No request is too big or small and she really does take each child into her heart. Dom loves the outdoors which also works well for my son who is always on the go and likes a good adventure with the dogs. Dom has a wonderful way of engaging with the children and bringing nature to life!
Even on the "not so good" days, Lucy is there to lend an ear, make suggestions or support any decisions / actions where you may need these to flow into her setting also.
She has an incredible bond with my son and I have referred her to numerous parents who now attend her setting also.
