Never ever put Kiwisaver with this bank. You'll lose more money than you'll ever gain.

Most unhelpful company to deal with. Waited for over 40 minutes on hold finally answered only to be spoken to by a rude agent who after having a conversation with me about my personal details told me she couldn't identify me. When she asked me for my email address I told her she should have it since she knew so much about me. She hung up and emailed me. Never ever bank with these people

The website was easy to understand. The shuttle service arrived within 15 minutes of my call. The counter service was efficient. The drop off was easy. The shuttle back to the airport was excellent.

My delivery arrived the next day!. Generally I only wait two days but in a COVID environment next day is OUTSTANDING!.
