I had bought from HH before and was never disappointed at how quickly they responded and how prompt the service was.

For my last purchase I was after something that was out of stock so I put my name down for the email reminder.... Well....I got the email at about lunchtime when the stock came in, got the confirmation that it had been posted a couple of hours later...
