Our beautiful new sofa was delivered today…to say that the experience was memorable is quite an understatement…the operations manager Daniel arrived before the delivery team to ensure they had adequate parking…the team of Jimmy and James were sensational…our sofa was assembled and its features tested and thoroughly explained…we have come to expect a level of service from King from the sales staff and the delivery team but the whole process has been exceptional…heartfelt thanks to all involved…
