It was stressful as my Danish license plate and the QR code were not recognized at the barrier when leaving. We had to use the call button at the barrier and there it took also a long time before our booking number was well understood and the booking was found. All in all, it took a very long time at the time we just wanted to get going. Very different experience from the very smooth experience last year.

I have been contacted over a period of three years by three different people from InterEx if I was interested in a new role using exactly the same job description. I have never received any further details on the position, but instead they started harassing me with profiles they wanted me to consider as I have a data-related leadership role in one of the worlds largest companies.
This seems to be their standard practice for obtaining direct contact details and to have the opportunity to present InterEx as a supplier of human resources. In the end, I have had to refer to my GDPR right to erasure and asked them to delete my contact details and to send me a confirmation. Which they did. It was quiet for 1,5 years, but now I was again contacted by another person asking if I was interested in exactly the same open position as three years ago... Thanks but no thanks. Not again.
BTW, I see that there is a very similar review, where InterEx has replied that the review was portraying false information.

I have ordered an item that on the website is showing to be in stock. After a first order acknowledgement, where everything is still in stock, the same day I get an email that the items are not in stock and will be delivered two weeks later. At the same time, the website still shows that everything is in stock.
I feel that I have been deliberately misled by them. Very bad experience. The customer service was very helpful and admitted that this was not good and that they were receiving many similar calls from unhappy customers. Beware before you buy.

Dit is de tweede keer dat ik bij Foto Express handel, en beide keren is het volledig naar wens verlopen. Goede kommunicatie, correcte uitvoering en OK prijzen. Een zaak die ik kan aanbevelen.
