Le service client a été très réactif en me remboursant en moins de 10 jour après que j’ai signalé immédiatement mon erreur d’achat ( j’avais pris l’assurance annulation à 2€) Même s’il serait préférable de pouvoir parler a quelqu’un au téléphone et que cela n’est à priori pas possible, une personne me répondait systématiquement en moins de deux jours.

The product is easy to use, and you can do other things while brushing your teeth. Great results. My hygienist wondered what I had been doing differently... no plaque build up. Questions? Customer service is very responsive.

Auch bei mir stimmen die Produktbilder und die Beschreibung nicht mit dem Schrottartikel überein den ich geliefert bekommen habe. Das Produkt soll ich nach Shanghai zurück senden. Sorry die spinnen doch
Das Produkt hat mit Versand 101 Euro gekostet und ist nicht mal 10 Euro wert.
Ich werde hier rechtliche Schritte einleiten. Denen muss das Handwerk gelegt werden.

The bras are very flimsy, not much sturdier than nylon tights, with thicker undies type fabric for the bands. They are only supportive if you're tiny with no boobs. But the WORST thing is that none of the emails have an UNSUBSCRIBE button, so you cannot stop their emails coming. Customer support IS quite responsive, but useless as they can't delete your data from their system: they kept telling me to Unsubscribe, but there's no button/link for that. This has been going on for weeks, & they still can't fix it. And the product is still crap.

Very good prices and quality. Timely delivery with clear tracking. Query about returns rapidly answered and resolved to full satisfaction.

Bought 2 TankTops with built in bra. The material is lovely & soft and appears to be well made but the sizing is definitely on the small side. Especially, the length of the garments are both too short. The was very little info on the packaging for returns so I contacted them via PayPal. They responded quickly and we negotiated a satisfactory outcome. I'm still waiting for my replacements to be sent.

Customer service has been very helpful when I received inconsistently sized cami/bras.

I order 2 books called Murphy's Law. They are very cheap, low quality comic books. Paid over 30$ each! Never received an invoice so I couldn't track down. It looks like most of the stuff they peddle is overseas junk. Avoid them! No matter how good it sounds.

I ordered the pressure hose attachment by mistake and emailed the company for a refund.The company were quick to respond and refunded money.Wish all companies acted so quickly.

my order was not delivered so I disputed the charge. they keep telling me to return something I never received. I asked how it was shipped so I could research why it wasn't delivered and they didn't respond, just more texts telling me to return it. Getting annoying at this point. Must be automatic AI because a real person should be smart enough to respond to my questions. This is now approaching harrassment on their part. Terrible customer relations. will never do business with them. Beware of this company!

The tank top with built in bra x 2 were ideal for me as I simply could not tolerate normal bras any longer at my older years. The bra did not fit me correctly, I needed a size bigger, when I contacted Hatmeo, disappointed, they agreed to send me the items and pay shipping on resend. I am grateful for the quick response and a really helpful result. I know this bra will be the solution I have been seeking and I will buy again from Hatmeo. 20.07.26 ELENA
