Do not trust this agency! I paid €239,8 for Alhambra tickets. Because of a minor delay in entering the names (their 30-minute system window rule), they refused to issue the tickets. They kept 100% of my money and provided absolutely nothing in return. When I asked for a refund because there were no other available dates during my trip, they hid behind their "terms and conditions" and basically told me that my money is gone. This is clear unjust enrichment under the guise of internal rules. Providing zero service while keeping hundreds of euros is unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs unless you want to lose your money!

ALVARO bardzo wyczerpująco oprowadził nas po najważniejszych zabytkach Sevilli. Wiem już jak się poprawnie wymawia styl mudejar i jak nazwisko Murillo:) . Bez przewodnika nie zrozumieli byśmy bogatej symboliki zabytków, choćby grobu Kolumba. Prawie 4 godziny zwiedzania, Katedry, Alkazaru i Giraldy to był wielki wysiłek, ale nie szkoda mi ani jednej minuty. Historia Sevilli i Andaluzji stała się bliska. Bravo Alvaro!

Compramos 3 entradas para el Palacio Real del Alcázar con 2 meses de antelación, 96 euros. Sorpresa cuando llegamos a una de las oficinas de Naturaleda el día de la visita, nos dijeron después de esperar media hora que las entradas no existían. Si insistíamos en recibir una prueba de que al menos nos devolverían el dinero, el individuo del mostrador nos tachó de incultos. Un individuo de moral más que cuestionable, un mentiroso notorio que primero fingió llamar a la policía, hablando por teléfono y mintiendo como si quisiéramos robarle. No sé qué, que aparte de folletos de propaganda no tenía nada en el mostrador. Le pedí que me diera el libro de reclamaciones y nos dijo que no lo tenía. Finalmente, después de media hora llamando a la sede de la agencia, le pregunté si venía la policía porque no tenía ganas de buscarme por Sevilla, entonces, bajo nuestra mirada, le pidió a un compañero de otra oficina que llamara a la policía. Llegaron dos agentes y le preguntaron si podía ofrecernos algo más como compensación. Nos ofrecieron una excursión por Sevilla por menos de la mitad del precio que habíamos pagado. Nos negamos rotundamente. Por cierto, cuando llegó la policía, también traían un libro de quejas. Estoy convencida de que si no hubiera presentado una queja, no me habrían devuelto el dinero. Me arruinaron las vacaciones. La peor experiencia que he tenido en unas vacaciones. No lo recomiendo.

Alvaro took me and two friends for a private tour of Seville Cathedral. His English was perfect, alongside his native Spanish.

Most importantly his knowledge of the history, art and events of the cathedral were remarkable. From the fine details about the costumes worn by Columbus’ coffin bearers to the different periods of Barique, Gothic, Renaissance etc were riveting.

He poured enthusiasm and good humour into the conversations and patiently answered our questions.

A big thank you to Alvaro for a terrific tour.

Definire PESSIMO il trattamento ricevuto sarebbe usare un eufemismo.
Avevo prenotato un tour privato per due persone del costo di 240 euro per una visita alla mezquita di Cordova e un giro a piedi nel quartiere ebraico all'inizio di febbraio per la giornata di oggi 21 maggio 2026.
Nel tardo pomeriggio di ieri, non avendo più avuto nessun riscontro da parte loro, ho mandato una mail chiedendo conferma del tour. Nessuna risposta.
Ho comunque preso il treno da Siviglia , dove alloggiavo, per venire a Cordova.
Appena giunta qui ho telefonato e dopo rimandi e consultazioni da parte della telefonista ho appreso che, bada ben bada bene, LA GUIDA NON C'ERA.
Non si sa come ne' perché ma la mia prenotazione era andata a ramengo che tradotto significava che avrei dovuto riacquistare dei biglietti (il tour privato non era più disponibile) e farmi passare il furore che mi aveva assalito alla notizia ricevuta.
Non è possibile, ripeto, non è possibile trattare così due turisti che hanno speso 240 euro per avere un tour privato (e non uno di gruppo con il quale abbiamo poi dovuto ripiegare).
Nella mia non breve vita ho avuto a che fare con molti tour operator ma PESSIMI come
Naturanda non ne ho mai trovati.
Sconsiglio chiunque non volesse avere travasi di bile dall'affidarsi a questa organizzazione di incompetenti

I booked a tour from Sevilla to Carmona with naturanda but it was booked through my hotel don paco. I got a phone call tge evening before may 1st the my tour was cancelled for the next day. I was so disappointed and annoyed as I’d booked this in January. The public transport was scarce between Seville and Carmona.
The very same thing happened to my friend the previous Wednesday with her tour cancelled the night before also.
Hers however was booked through city expert in the tourist office and she got her refund the next day.
I however only got my money back today 12 May after numerous e mails that they ignored.
I would advise no one to use this company as you cannot depend on them.
I only booked this tour as there were very few Alsa buses going there .

Compré unas entradas para un tour guiado para la Catedral y Alcázar de Sevilla a través de Headout, que es empresa intermediaria de Naturanda. Al llegar a la oficina de Naturanda nos dicen que no tenemos entradas por falta de datos personales al no proporcionárselos Headout. Tienen una pésima gestión y comunicación con Headout. Pudimos tramitar las entradas de la Catedral, pero no me garantizan la devolución del dinero de las entradas del Alcázar.
Pese a que sus trabajadores me atendieron de 10 recomiendo llamar a la oficina Naturanda antes de realizar el tour para verificar si las entradas estan correctas.

La experiencia pésima, especialmente la guia de la vista guiada de la Catedral de Sevilla y la Giralda, mi amigo llegó tarde y la gestión muy mala, entiendo que la empresa no se responsabiliza y menos las normas de la catedral pero no entiendo porque no se gestiona de otra manera para que todos ganemos y no perdamos. A lo que iba… la guia no se si se llama Maripaz nada de profesionalismo, la discusión con ella escaló a la falta de respeto. No aconsejo esta empresa. No lo hagan

Our travel agent booked us on the Alhambra including Nasrid Palace tour in late Dec 2025 and this was included in our final itinerary. We were really looking forward to this tour as when you think of the Alhambra you think of the Nasrid Palace, not gardens or dusty ruins (just look at the postcards). It was to be the highlight of our tour in Spain, and we had extended our time in Granada to make the most of it. Our agent has advised that Naturanda cancelled our booking at the last minute and that at that point they could only book us on a tour for us to the Generalife and Charles V palace. Unfortunately, we only found this out when we were stood with 20 other people and I was confirming the above situation with our agent on WhatsApp. The Generalife and Charles V palace guide (different company) told we should come again - not an option when travelling all the way from New Zealand for a once in a lifetime experience. So disappointed and feel very let down by Naturanda, who really spoilt the end of our holiday. Resigned to never seeing this sight. Have recommended to our travel agent that they really reconsider using Naturanda as they are an unreliable partner, who are not to be trusted to deliver on what they promise. Recommend other travellers' book early directly on the official Alhambra website. Unfortunately, I cannot give a minus star review. Naturanda - please do not reply to this review with a meaningless AI generated apology.

If there was zero star I would definitely give it to the worst, dishonest tourist company I’ve dealt with. I’ve booked my tour from Seville to Granada 3 months in advance to secure Alhambra entrance ticket and paid more than £300 for family of 3 to be told on the day that my booking doesn’t have access to Al hambra and they blamed on the ‘get your guide’ app. Completely dismissive, unapologetic and inefficient. On arrival to Alhambra ticket office made it clear that it’s totally naturanda fault and lack of efficiency and to be told that we don’t have access to everything ! It was not only us, there was another family of 5 in the same situation. The response from the company was completely useless and dismissive. I’m definitely suing them for ruing my whole trip that I’ve planned way in advance. This is not a company it’s a SCAM. Terrible avoid.

Prenotato con largo anticipo l'ingresso alla cattedrale al momento dei ritiro del biglietto ci viene detto che non e' possibile perche pieno per la settimana santa!?!!!!! Non ci vengono proposte alternative . Peccato che altri clienti prenotati alla medesima ora ricevevano il biglietto regolarmente . Non ci veniva proposta alcune alternativa . Una vergogna !!!!!

My wife and I went on a tour to Tangier Morocco. The tour guide was quite late picking us up and could not speak English, despite our bus carrying all English speaking customers. The guide never introduced herself and provided no commentary on the journey or explanation of what we needed to do as we left Spain and entered Morocco.
The bus we travelled in was most uncomfortable. It wasn't old but the suspension was shocking and we were severely bounced around throughout the journey. The trip to and from the sea port was 3 hours long each way. No comfort stops occurred on these journeys.
Once in Tangier the local guide was much better at communicating. The guide was upfront telling us shops he took us to gave him commission on sales, which is can understand him doing, but was a waste of time for me and my wife.
All in all a disappointing and expensive day out.

Nos dejaron tirados. Anularon tour por triana y no avisaron. Tuvimos q llamar nosotros.... Vergonzoso.

Hola, hice una reserva por internet para 1 paseo en calesa por las calles de Sevilla y me cobraron 79€ , cuando por normativa del Ayuntamiento de Sevilla está estipulado ese mismo paseo por 45€, les he puesto una reclamación a través de la oficina del consumidor de mi provincia , la cual me ha dado la razón y Naturanda se niega a devolverme la diferencia.
No recomiendo esta empresa de estadadores.

We booked a day trip from Seville to Caminito del Rey with a 9:50 AM meeting time. The guide did not show up. We spent over an hour calling the provider and messaging them, but no one answered. We were left standing in the winter cold with zero information.

At 10:05 AM, a message via GetYourGuide claimed a replacement was coming, but they gave no ETA. We waited until after 11:00 AM. Since we only had a few days in Seville, losing the entire morning meant it was too late to plan any alternative trip. Our day was effectively ruined.

The most insulting part? Three minutes after we finally gave up and left, they messaged saying they arrived. We told them we were turning back and would be there in 5 minutes, but they refused to wait and drove off. They expected us to wait over an hour for them in the cold, but they couldn't give us 5 minutes of grace.

Don’t be fooled by previous positive reviews. A company shows its true colors by how they handle problems. Their lack of communication and total lack of respect for their customers' time is unacceptable. They took a huge portion of our limited time in Seville and wasted it. Avoid this provider.

Mi opinión, todo iba muy bien. Carlos el guía nos mostró La Catedral y La Giralda. Un guía excepcional. Pero al llegar a Él Alcazar, había un error…las entradas las habían comprado para el día anterior. Y ahí terminó el encanto de la excursión, parte del grupo fue para la oficina a reclamar. Me pareció mal, que la encargada o lo que sea dijera que El Alcazar está sobrevalorada al ser algo que que ellos venden. Bueno nada nos devolvieron lo correspondiente al Alcazar y nos invitaron la Casa de Pilatos. He de decir, que la chica María de la oficina me agradó mucho, buscaba soluciones inmediatas, mientras la gente de la excursión se comportaba bastante tonta.

Experiencia pésima. Para empezar ya salimos tarde, puntualidad nula. En segundo lugar se nos dice que la guía será en 4 idiomas: inglés, español, italiano y francés. PERO, resulta que por ser pocas personas españolas.. ya no hace la explicación en español. Muy MAL.

Contrate un tour por Sevilla, visitamos el Real Alcázar, la Catedral y Giralda, todo muy organizado. Recomendado.

Reservé con más de dos semanas de antelación una visita guiada de la catedral y los alcázares. Todo parecía ir bien ya que llegó el mail de confirmación en el que se aseguraba la visita completa.
Sin embargo, dos días antes de la visita llega un mail de Naturanda en el que se dice que hay un problema con las entradas del Alcázar y no pueden asegurar la visita. Para compensar proponen una visita de la casa de pilatos.
Al parecer existe un problema con las entradas del Alcázar ya que son pocas y se acaban rápidamente. Lo que no es normal es que te aseguren y cobren la visita cuando ni siquiera tienen las entradas aseguradas. Además, la entrada a casa pilatos cuesta la mitad del Alcázar.
En resumen, si hubiéramos sabido todo este "problema" habríamos sacado por nuestra cuenta la visita al Alcázar, ahora nos quedamos sin visitarlo porque es imposible obtener entradas un día antes. Al informarme más por internet me he enterado que una semana de antelación es suficiente para sacar las entradas.
El guía fue muy amable y la visita de la catedral fue muy agradable. Sin embargo la gestión de Naturanda bastante mejorable.

We had an audio enhanced guided tour of the cathedral and giralda in Seville yesterday with Nieves. Cannot recommend highly enough. She brought the history of Seville to life with interesting stories and pointed out so much historical detail that would be missed if you just visited alone. The sites were super busy and she navigated us through the crowds , highlighting the key spots. Group size was big but as we all had headsets we could hear perfectly throughout. Wish the Alcazar tour hadn’t been fully booked as we def would have booked it
