Non-existent customer service disgrace, have completely cut off communication with customers not bothering to answer calls and reply to emails,

I bought a 10GB data boost around midnight today. After just a few hours and using 302 MB, I’m left with only 98 MB out of the 10 GB! The entire allowance has effectively vanished. Since it’s Saturday, no one will be able to sort this out until Monday.
Be careful about purchasing their services.

It's been a week, and my SIM never showed up. Seriously, stay away from this irresponsible company. I almost lost my VIP number!

very good have been with them a few months now and no complaints apparently they run on ee which is the best mobile network in the UK

I am extremely happy with 1pMobile!
Everything has worked really well from the beginning. The network coverage is excellent and the mobile internet speeds are very good. I use 1pMobile every day and I am genuinely impressed with the quality of the service.
What impressed me the most, however, was the customer service. I had a small issue when transferring my existing phone number to 1pMobile. I contacted them by email and provided all the necessary information, including my package details, phone number and other required information. To my surprise, I did not have to deal with everything myself — the 1pMobile team took care of the whole process for me and completed all the necessary steps.
The issue was resolved quickly and without any unnecessary complications. Their customer service really went above and beyond to help me.
Excellent network coverage, very good internet speeds, competitive prices and, most importantly, professional and genuinely helpful customer service.
I highly recommend 1pMobile. I am very happy with my choice and would definitely give them 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered 4 Sims, for me, my partner and my elderly parents. I got PAC codes for all of our existing numbers. Activated one SIM for me and gave the PAC code. Tried to do the others today I can't login, says my email and password not recognised. Tried to reset password..now email and none of the SIM numbers they've issued me are recognised. So I can't do anything, tried numerous times to call them the Ai bit is useless says I need to speak to someone, have emailed and left voicemail on the vulnerable people line (which my parents are) and heard nothing at all. Have held off putting the SIM in my phone as concerned if there are more issues. Hope this not a sign of the service going forward!

Instantly after joining this network my calls are working again properly, WiFi calling is perfect and call quality is much better.

This is a proper EE network using the same core IMS.

The only thing I'd like to see is the option to upload your own voicemail file / message. Hopefully this can be added.

I left 1pmobile many months ago but £10 has just been taken from my bank account without my authorisation,
My method of payment was to text top up £xx when top up was required
I have tried phoning 1pmobile but they are not accepting calls I have e-mailed them but received no response, !!!

Excellent customer service, very easy to change over and bring my old number with me. Online instructions are straight forward to do this, but a real person is only a phone call away if needed. Then there’s the price; I can’t fault it, so all is good, I’m very happy with everything.

Signed up for pay as you go sim - got sim quickly which was good but they signed me up for auto top up which I didn’t consent to - isn’t in their t&cs. Have tried to contact them about it - phone either rings out or says they are too busy and hangs up. Have sent email but not even acknowledged. Really poor - do not recommend.

I tried to join 1penny Mobile as a secondary backup number. For over a week I have been unable to obtain a QR code to add it to my phone. Contacting support by any method has not yielded a reply. I therefore tried to cancel my account, but despite emailing, contacting, and calling them, I have not been able to get confirmation that the account has been cancelled.

Worked well until I wanted to get a new phone. I couldn't get a PAC as not changing provider. I tried chat, phoning, email on multiple occasions with no response, so after a week I gave up and switched to another provider. Absolutely appalling customer service.

1 star! Poor customer service, unexpected charges..

Signed up expecting good things after reading reviews, but my experience has been frustrating. I tried to purchase an additional SIM and got an error during checkout, so I used a second email to try again, this went through and I was charged normally.

Then I noticed a second, duplicate charge on my account matching the first one. I emailed to get this sorted and cancel, but their support takes around 3 days to respond to each message.

For billing errors like this, that turnaround is unacceptable — customers shouldn't be left waiting days just to fix a charge that shouldn't be there in the first place.
Would not recommend based on this experience so far.

Early days but not promising. My number porting has been in limbo for 3 days now (outgoing calls and texts ported fine but can't get incoming)
Emailed 2 days ago.
Tried phoning multiple times after 10:30am and get a message no one available.
So, I guess it should be fine if I get it working properly but otherwise high risk when an issue occurs....
Dissappointed.
UPDATE 24/08 - 6 days with inability to receive calls and texts. SHOCKING. FORMAL COMPLAINT RAISED!

So good, I have ported my family over from Sky and O2, who were giving me almost no local coverage. The latest was for my wife and I had an eSIM up and running in no time. Speeds are great, prices are good and everything seems pretty quick and easy. Admittedly, I've not had to see how they handle a problem yet, but so far all is good.

Been with this company a few months as I’ve shopped around basically every provider in the uk and it’s always one of them doesn’t work in places I visit regularly. 1p was alright until today. Billed me for the month, no signal no connection only calls, about a month or two ago, the opposite, data no calls. What is actually going on here? To make it worse their help line never ever answers it’s completely useless.

I’m going to have to leave because it’s really not serving the purpose I got it for.

I ported my phone number to 1pMobile. The process has been a disaster. Now, over 6 weeks since the incomplete port, I still cannot receive calls from some other networks.
Customer service is now ignoring me, have failed to issue an acknowledgement to a formal complaint and prior to ignoring me had the audacity to suggest that anyone having problems calling me should contact their provider as the problem is not their service. Yeah, right. If 1pMobile actually bother to read reviews then I suggest solving problems rather than deflecting blame is the way to go. I will be raising a case with the Ombudsman and am considering taking them to court for damages.

Competitive rates & seamless port and retaining number.

As a happy 1pMobile customer for years, I recently set up a second SIM for a backup phone. The rates are exceptionally fair, coverage is solid, and having Isle of Man roaming included without extra hassle or inflated costs makes them stand out from the major networks. Excellent overall service.
