The number of credits required varies depending on the model, video duration, resolution, and other settings selected. The complimentary credits are mainly intended for trying basic generation options, while more advanced settings require additional credits. You can also check the Rewards Center for other ways to earn credits, or obtain more through a credit pack or subscription.

We recommend adjusting the resolution and video duration to explore the available basic generation options. If you’re still unable to generate a video, please contact support@pixverse.ai with your account ID and a screenshot of the generation page so we can help check the issue.

Hello, we’re sorry that an app you once enjoyed has become so frustrating to use.

The 60 daily credits are included with certain account benefits rather than being a universal login reward for every account. Please refer to the Rewards Center for the benefits and credit-earning options currently available to your account.

Ads should not leave your phone frozen for several minutes. Please try closing background apps, freeing up some device memory, and restarting PixVerse. If the issue continues, we’d be happy to investigate further.

For video length, please make sure the 10-second duration is selected before submitting the generation; otherwise, the app may use the default duration. If you selected 10 seconds but received only four seconds, please share the relevant task information with us. Image upload errors and videos failing to load can sometimes be network-related, although other causes are also possible.

Please send your account ID, device model, app version, and a screen recording showing the specific issues to support@pixverse.ai. We’ll review the information carefully, identify where the problems are occurring, and help you troubleshoot them.

Hello, we understand how frustrating it is to use around 2,000 credits without getting a usable result.

If any of the tasks ultimately showed as Failed, the credits should have been returned automatically. If the generations were completed but the results did not match your instructions, please send your account ID, the original video share links, prompts, and settings to support@pixverse.ai.

The daily promotional credits are separate from the credits included with an Elite subscription, so a change in the daily amount should not replace your subscription benefits. Elite credits are issued according to the plan’s credit cycle, while unused credits may expire when that cycle ends. However, since you can no longer access the Elite plan and believe the expected credits are missing, we’d like to review what happened to your account.

Please email support@pixverse.ai with your PixVerse account ID or registered email, purchase receipt or transaction ID, payment method, and a screenshot of your current subscription and credit balance. Our team will check the subscription and credit records privately and assist you further.
