The product for me was awful. I completed the quiz and ordered the medium colour. It looked like i had "American Tan " Tights on. It left a thick cakey feel and no matter how long I left the product it continued to rub off. I washed it off and had to throw away the sponge afterwards. I emailed the company with my comments and they offered me a setting spray free of charge. No idea why they have a setting spray as its not supposed to rub off. Once I refused it Charlotte in customer service was quick to respond and a full refund was issued. I can't complain about the after service as it was good. Although when looking at the refund policy it put me off going down that route, but emailing the company got me a full refund

Brilliant product covers well leaves a lovely natural tan I've only used on my legs but I'm converted .much better than fake tan...some transference but only slightly when first applied lasted for at least 4 days ...I'm thinking I will try the setting spray

I wasn’t sure about this product took a while to order it but when I did had no issues with receiving the product I love the glow it gives me and will always use it but still can’t work out why it comes off on my bed sheet am I putting too much on

The quality is good. The delivery was slow but I was kept updated. The price is great

I am very pleased with my product.
It is easy to apply and gives me such a natural looking colour. I chose the 'Medium' shade, and can say it does exactly as it says on the tube!
It dries fast and does not leave any residue on clothing etc.
The price too was excellent.

The tan coloue best. I recommend you take the tan colour if you are already brown !!

Customer service were really quick in their response & despite the issue being my fault by clicking on something extra, they understood my error & were happy to refund me.
I hope their product is as good as their customer service!
