An absolute game-changer for daily recovery.This 4-person sauna and cold plunge setup is spectacular. The sauna is incredibly spacious and comfortable, while the cold plunge chiller keeps the water at the perfect icy temp every time. Going back and forth between the hot and cold has dramatically improved my circulation, reduced inflammation, and boosted my sleep quality. It feels like having a commercial spa right in the backyard. Five stars!

LIT has been fantastic to work with from start to finish. We opted for the sauna and cold plunge combo in all black. The LIT Titan looks amazing next to the cold plunge and is one of the main reasons we went with this brand. Great products and great service.

Like the exercises. Explanation. Trainer. I do not like that you have to go in the order and skip around. I go to a gym and some equipment may not be available when it occurs in the program. I do not like can’t go back into app and change my needs such as changing how much time I want to work out. Your support page is not good. I emailed coach twice with questions no response. Would like graphs to see progress.

Incredible product and stellar customer support. The sauna heats up great, the integrated red light therapy is a game-changer, and the modern aesthetic looks stunning in the house. Setup and communication from the LIT Method team made the whole process seamless

I’ll start by saying I love the Titan 4-5 person sauna from Lit Method. It is everything I hoped it would be from an appearance and performance standpoint. The sound system is surprisingly great, and both the infrared and traditional sauna features are exceptional.

Some frustration was experienced due to delays in shipment and the installation process is also a little more involved than the marketing literature would have one believe. We hired a a handyman to assist and are glad we did. It took us 5-6 hours total build before the electrical connections were made. Also suggest, doing your due diligence on the electrical requirements and costs associated as in our instance this became a significant additional expense of $3,000.

With all this said, the sauna is fantastic and so far the after sale support has been responsive and timely. I absolutely love my new Lit Method Sauna.

I’ve owned and operated high end fitness facilities for over 7 years. After dealing with a mess of “established companies” with “high end products”, we finally were introduced to LIT. Justin has been nothing but pure class. We’ve done 4 purchases- all with ease- and the customers are beyond thrilled with the products. World class customer service, personal relationships, top products. Could not recommend a company more!

I bought a cold plunge and chiller from LIT Method for about $3,900. In one year I went through two chillers and neither worked reliably. The first smoked and smelled of burning plastic the very first time I turned it on. LIT replaced it under warranty, and the replacement started spraying and pooling water inside the unit the first time I used the heat, only about three weeks after setup. I was able to use the plunge only a handful of times all year. Even though the product was defective and still under warranty when it failed, LIT has refused a refund and will only offer another repair. I wanted this to work and gave them many chances to make it right. If you are considering this purchase, look closely at the price and at how the company handles refunds.

BUYER BEWARE! LIT METHOD DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTY! I bought a plunge tub and chiller from lit method and a few months back the chiller just stopped working. After contacting lit method and confirming that all necessary maintenance was completed and that was still under warranty, they agreed to send a replacement unit out as soon as a shipment of them arrived in. They then proceeded to give me excuses for 2 MONTHS on why they still hadn’t sent a replacement. Fast forward to a couple days past my warranty expiring, they reached back out to me to say that it’s no longer their problem and they won’t be replacing anything. We will now be communicating with them via a lawyer, to try to recoup some of the thousands of dollars wasted on their faulty product and shady business practices.

From the beginning of the process, when I first contacted them to the point in which all the machines were up and running and working seamlessly Jay our account rep has done a phenomenal job. Really love these machines. The only issue I have with the machines are that the filters are quite small and need to be replaced and cleaned far sooner than I thought. However, that doesn’t deter from the use of the units. My athletes absolutely love them and being able to switch from hot to cold really helps our clinic immensely.

I have really enjoyed doing the work out and it fits my needs and is tailored to me which I really like. Would 100% recommend. Also if you ever have any questions they answer you almost immediately great customer service.

I emailed them for help with logging into my new account. They quickly responded and identified the problem immediately. They were very pleasant and efficient.

Chiller broke after 4 months. They wouldn’t replace or refund. Luckily I have a brother in law who can fix anything. He opened the chiller unit and the ozone injector was busted and pumping air into the system… LIT initially tried to troubleshoot. Then blamed user error. Then blamed user maintenance. Then refused replacement and refund. I am so thankful my brother in law fixed my $4000 purchase mistake. LIT knowingly put a $50 cheap plastic part into a $4000 appliance. I’m assuming this is why the newer units don’t have the ozone injector at all now. Their response to this review was focusing on the fact that they can’t verify whether I am a customer or not. Rather than owning up to their faulty equipment that I’m not even asking for a refund for anymore since my brother in law was able to sort it out. All in all, not a great experience to work with LIT.

Delivery was fast everything was in good condition!!!

As many others have mentioned, the shipping times are terrible with minimal if any communication, the product durability is horrendous (chiller broke after three months), and the constant run around is exhausting. Easily the worst purchase of 2025.

Do not purchase a sauna from this company. I was genuinely excited to purchase a Lit Method sauna, but the experience has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had due to their predatory business practices.

The delivery failed because of the delivery method Lit Method chose and authorized, not because of anything in my control. For a sauna weighing over 400 pounds, Lit Method arranged for a delivery with only one person. The driver told me he couldn't even get the crate over the small curb to my property and would have to leave it in the street. Leaving a 400+ lb sauna in the street is not a legitimate delivery.
Once it became clear that the delivery method Lit Method had approved was inadequate, the shipping company attempted multiple times to contact Lit Method to authorize a different delivery arrangement. According to the shipping company, they received no response. I was also in constant communication with the carrier and tried everything I could to help coordinate a successful delivery, but they could not proceed without Lit Method's approval.
I have now called Lit Method well over a dozen times trying to resolve a problem that exists because of the delivery service they selected. Every conversation ended with, "We'll get back to you," yet I never received any meaningful follow-up, no updated delivery plan, and no indication of when or how my sauna would actually be delivered.
The only thing Lit Method has been consistently responsive about is threatening to charge me a $2,000 restocking fee if the order is canceled. That is especially troubling when the reason I haven't received the product is because the delivery method they authorized was incapable of completing the delivery in the first place.
Instead of taking responsibility for a delivery failure caused by their own logistics decisions, Lit Method has left me in limbo while repeatedly reminding me of a substantial financial penalty if I cancel. As a customer, I feel like I've been asked to bear the consequences of their mistake.
A company selling premium products should stand behind its logistics and work with customers when problems arise. My experience with Lit Method has been the opposite: poor planning, nonexistent customer service, and a complete unwillingness to resolve a delivery issue that was created by the company's own decisions. I cannot recommend doing business with them.

I've been extremely impressed with LIT's Sauna and Cold Plunge. Both products feel exceptionally well built, look beautiful, and perform exactly as expected. The sauna heats quickly and maintains a comfortable, consistent temperature, while the cold plunge stays reliably cold and is incredibly refreshing. It's clear that LIT put a lot of thought into both the quality and the overall user experience. I would absolutely recommend their products to anyone looking to create a premium recovery setup at home or for their business.
