I can’t say enough great things about Angel and High Definition! I’ve personally taken Angel’s HIIT classes, and you can immediately tell how passionate he is about what he does.
His workouts are challenging, high-energy, and definitely push you outside of your comfort zone — but Angel has an incredible way of motivating you without making you feel overwhelmed. He knows how to encourage you to give that extra push while still making the class fun and welcoming.
What really stands out to me is his energy and dedication. He genuinely wants to see people get stronger, healthier, and more confident. You leave his class tired, sweaty, and feeling like you accomplished something!
If you’re looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, motivating, energetic, and truly cares about his clients, I highly recommend Angel at High Definition. You won’t regret showing up — just be ready to WORK! 😂💪🔥

Coach Angel's HDT program and classes are fantastic. He knows what he's doing, and he truly cares about his people. His clients, including this one, love him for a reason. Highly recommended, no matter where you are on your fitness journey.
