The Shoes you sent are 1/2 size bigger than the twelve Barkers I have already got but having just worn them in London and walked ovver 17,000 steps have to tell you that they were the comfiest I~'ve ever had on my feet OK??

First pair ordered were too tight and returned. Second pair but different style ordered. Both shipments were virtually immediate and arrived in perfect condition will boxed. Return process was simplle and return documents provided by return email. This is one company I trust to deliver in every way. Thank you.

Service and quality of the product.

The ordering process was slick and easy, however, i ordered the Mocka boot and a suede boot arrived. I did decide to keep them in the end, but the wrong boot was delivered in the forst place

Service was great. The only issue I have is that the belt I ordered was way too big. I’m waist size 34 and I believe I ordered to size but the belt I received must have been 4 times larger. I needed to punch an extra 4 equidistant holes to get it to fit.

Reputable British Company. Always wanted a quality shoe instead of Next/Clarks even Ecco. But always outside my budget. Thing is, ordering online is a lottery. My standard size is Euro 45 way, too big, exchanged for 44, still too big. Gave up
