Delivery is fast - thank you for that. I also love your color range, there is perfect shade for me and i would like to continue ordering hair from you. I have been your client for years. Unfortunately quality is getting worse every year. I bought weft extensions (40 cm) After month those extensions are 30cm and so thin. Half of the hair is gone and it is useless already. I also bought tape hair, it was better but still, after a month getting fluffy too. I've been wearing hair extensions for a decade and I know how to take care of them. I take care of my hair with quality products. So that's not the issue. I hope I get better value for money and the hair will be of better quality in the future so I can continue ordering from you. I have now ordered new tapes and will see how it goes. If the hair lasts 2 months, unfortunately I cannot continue to be your client anymore.

To maintain the best possible result and lifespan of the hair, we always recommend using products specifically designed for extensions and following our care instructions. That said, if you believe there is a quality issue with your product, you are welcome to register a complaint so we can investigate it further 💗
