Ich habe bei Vivo Lofe bestellt und leider kam mein Paket nie an :( der Kundenservice war ausgezeichnet und hat sich super schnell um mein Anliegen gekümmert und mir ein neues Paket zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Proteinpulver schmeckt mir persönlich sehr gut und bin rundum zufrieden <3

Abbiamo preso il volo per Buenos Aires con ITA, prendendo ITA per la prima volta e ci siamo trovati benissimo.
Perfettamente in orario, buon cibo e staff molto gentile. Soprattutto un grande grazie allo steward del volo di ritorno Buenos Aires - Roma del 26/04, seduto di fronte a noi, per la sua gentilezza e flessibilità! Voleremo sicuramente di nuovo con ITA!

I love the products of Venderbys. I discovered the brand already in early 2022 and has always been satisfied with the quality of the products and the speed of the shipment. I can highly recommend it. :)

I love their dresses and clothes! I only buy Oh Polly dresses for special occasions! Also there customer service (Mel, Racheal, Nikki and Mia) are so nice and willing to help :)!!! I can recommend 100%!

TI vendono prodotti inutili e costosissimi. Zero empatia e competenza. Non mi hanno risolto il problema e non consiglierei questo centro a nessuno!

I love the concept and the products from Purearth. The taste of the juices are divine, the package always arrives in time and has a lot goodies inside and all about the brand is sustainable. I tried a lot of brands and juice cleanses, but purearth has that spesial something that made me loyal to them :)

The flowers never arrived even though it was written they were delivered at 1pm.
Please be careful when ordering from Eflorist! I do not recommend!!!

Never received my package. Ordered it one month ago and it still says: „We're expecting your parcel from your sender. We will provide updates here once we receive it“ when I track it. Customer service never replied! So disappointed! Terrible service!

Unfortunatelly I did not receive the package yet, but I wanted to share my experience with the customer service: they reply very fast to every email and are very kind! They try to help you in the best way possible :)!
Hopefully my package will arrive soon so I can make another feedback about the clothes (which looked so good on the website, so I am really excited to try them!)

Heather helped me immediately with the problems I had with my order. She was so kind and patient and gave me all the information I need! Simply the perfect costumer service! :)
