Totally incompetent

One star is too much, You have lost one parcel and the replacement was sent out for next day delivery which was 3/1 . I received a message stating delivery would be 9/1 that to me is longer than next day. This is the worst experience I have had with Evrie but the item ordered was needed prior to Xmas hence the review
