Order never arrived still awaiting refund !

Do not order they do not send.

I have just returned from a long weekend at this hotel after attending a freinds wedding, what I can say other than brilliant, great staff great food great venue great rooms & facilities. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would.
One special person needs a mention though...John this man does not stop and was a brilliant host and made the day/night run smoothly and can not thank him enough.. if the owners of this hotel read this give that man a pay rise!

I bought my first house through Rowland homes, what a mistake from the day I moved in I have had nothing but problems. A huge snagging list that included a new bathroom and re tiled during to tiling over the wrong tiles they put in. New carpets, 3 leaks , holes in the walls, holes in the felt broken tiles on the roof sloppy mastic work, garden was a weed filled sloppy muddy mess,windows and doors that do not close and in some cases do not open decorating not done, generaly the whole house was and still is a mess my patio doors have also since broken. I have been living in the house for 12 months now and still have out standing snags to finish after constant nagging to the site foreman been lied to and let down time after time even booking time off work so jobs can be done and not have them turn up to fix the work.shoddy workman ship through out. With none of the extras I had paid for done when I moved in. I have still not managed to decorate 12 months down the line due to work still needing to be done! This is not just the case for me it seems the be the norm after talking to my neighbours that are also waiting on things to be sorted in there homes.
My advice is stay clear and buy a reno as you will have just as much work to do in that as your so called new build! If you are buying one pay for someone to check the snags as they hide lots of shoddy work and be prepared for a long wait and to be lied to lots!

All snags finally completed after dealing with Beth from the customer care team who was a great help and arranged for the final snags to be sorted. Now Looking forward to decorating our home.

Shocking service and no item arrived.
Item never arrived 4 phone calls later on hold for about 20 mins each time to be told its on its way they then phoned me up to say my item has been cancelled.
4 days late for the job and a very un happy customer

Orderd 2 t shirts
Dident fit so sent them back first class recored delivery 2 weeks later still no word from them even though I had seen they had received them.
Asked in a email why I had not been refunded yet they told me they did not have my packaged even tho I had proof so sent the proof and still told me they did not have it.
So emailed saying I will be contacting my bank and trading standards 10 mins later I got a email say they had my parcel and will be issued a refund.

Do not buy from this company they will rip you off.

Waste of money no driver turned up to collect the parcel will never use again awfull service
