When i viewed the houses on the development i feel in love with the designs. The one i wanted wasnt available, but Susan kept me updated and as soon as i was available she got in touch. I was close to completion on my house sale and she made sure to chase everyone to close within 4 weeks.

We’ve recently reserved our new home with Rowland Homes at Waddicar Rise in Melling, and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience so far.

Before visiting Rowland Homes, we went to look at another local development. Unfortunately, our experience there wasn’t the best, and we left feeling quite disappointed. It really highlighted the difference when we met Stephen at Rowland Homes.
From the moment we placed our Early Bird reservation through to our reservation appointment, Stephen has been absolutely brilliant. As first-time buyers, the whole process was completely new to us, but he has made everything feel so straightforward and stress-free. He’s always been approachable, welcoming, and happy to answer every question we’ve had, and nothing has ever been too much trouble.
The level of customer service we’ve received has been outstanding.

I started my Rowland journey back in September last year. My plan was to buy 2 properties, one my parents to buy and one for myslef. Royal gardens in Bispham is the place we was buying the 2 new build propeeties.
We completed on my parents sale in January 2026, and then completed on my house in May 2026.
Elaine is nothing but supportive, understanding, reassuring and so approachable. She really knows her job and it shows in her customer service, empathy to customers and knowledge of the job.
When we first started our journey Elaine wasnt in post, and we was not given all the information at the beginning of the plan to buy my parents house. This caused the start to be slightly rocky and unnerving. However, Elaine came in post and we have not looked backed. She is so thorough and really explains everything that as a buyer of a new build you do and dont need to do. She really is a credit to your business and we would not of got through the buying of 2 new build houses without her.

I purchased my house at Royal Gardens a month ago. I'm enjoying living here and whilst there are some snagging to sort out, they are just minor details. The staff have been very welcoming and helpful.
From Elaine who has looked after me from my initial visit in January through the delays of my own property sale, to Pete and Mike who have called regularly for updates on any problems, they have all been a pleasure to deal with.
They are a great advert for Rowland Homes and Royal Gardens in particular.

We love our Royal Gardens, Rowland home! The house is perfect for us with no real issues. We have been in for 8 months and probably identified 50 snags. 1 or 2 are still outstanding but regular dialogue from site manager and team, I am confident they’ll get resolved.
Elaine the Sales Executive was amazing to deal with. Professional and friendly. I feel she supported us the whole way through the process which is always stressful when moving. We had regular dialogue throughout to ensure we he move completed smoothly and on time.

I have bought a new house on Royal Gardens in Blackpool. I was looking at various models and had my heart set on one of them. Sadly I missed out on that but Elaine who was the sales adviser gave me further options within my budget. Elaine made sure that the model I have now bought was suitable due to my disabilities. Elaine could have just done a basic sales job but she went really above and beyond and showed a real caring attitude. She made sure I understood everything and guided me through the process expertly. Once I moved in, Brian the site manager and Richard were brilliant at working through my snag list — friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble.

The house itself is perfect for me and my little family. It's not huge, but it doesn't need to be — and the location more than makes up for it. I regularly have genuine "pinch me" moments when I take my dog out into the stunning countryside surrounding the estate. I still can't quite believe I get to live here.
