Colleagues from across the world flew in for a series of deep-dive sessions that were incredibly productive and one of the most energising weeks we’ve had as a team - we’ve: ✅ Aligned on our near-term priorities and long-term vision ✅ Co-created solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative working sessions ✅ Turned lots of complex ideas into clear, actionable next steps What really stood out was the team dynamic: people from different time zones, cultures and disciplines all leaning in, challenging each other constructively and building on each other’s ideas. The energy in the room was both engaging and genuinely positive.
