What went wrong:
Our scheduling was way off so we made our own personal changes at our own expense. It was set up so that we arrived in alijo on June 17th around 4pm only to have to check
Out and return with our train voucher the next morning at approx 8am. That sounded awful so we changed last minute and just stayed in Porto at same hotel and paid for that night. Then for Porto we were scheduled to check out at noon from log hotel on June 19 and transfers to the airport Sometime on the 19th . However our flight was at 5am on the 20th.
This was all so confusing and not done well at all. I would expect compensation for the hotel night we paid for . We submitted a request and hope to hear back.

What was right:
Lisbon and Porto were lovely and the hotels were nice . Transport on the train from
Lisbon to Porto was pretty easy. The river tour in Porto was beautiful . The wine tasting was ok and a little ways away but good.
