Please train people better at south gate mall. I went there to request assistant with my home router that no longer works and the person assisting me was visibly unsure of how to help and got frustrated when I asked questions like how long till i get my router back since u are talking it in for repairs since failing within 12 months of use. And said was bought online not at there store so I shouldn't make it his problem. Aren't all mtn customers mtn customers???? Incredibly disappointed
