You haven’t accepted my deposit for some reason as it still shows Pending on my checking account—so my bank said. By continuing to show it Pending, you are holding up further transactions of mine!

After reviewing your transaction, we confirmed that your payment was successfully received by Transak immediately after it was initiated, and your BTC purchase was processed without delay. Based on our records, there was no point at which your payment was being held by us.
We also verified that the BTC was successfully delivered to the wallet address provided during checkout and remains in that wallet. For your privacy and security, we've shared the relevant transaction details and blockchain records with you separately via email.
