Please do not worry as your funds are not lost and we completely understand how concerning this situation must be.
After reviewing your case, we found that your order was cancelled while the payment was still in the authorized state. This means the funds were temporarily reserved by your bank but were neither successfully claimed by Transak's banking partner nor released back by your bank. In other words, the payment has not been settled.
Please be assured that our team is actively working on getting the authorization voided so that the funds can be released back to your source account. We are closely monitoring your case and will continue to follow it through until it is resolved.
