I was having lots of issues installing a mod pack into my server and I caved in to ask for help via the support ticket line and I was expecting slow service but I was super wrong!
I am super happy I decided to reach out, no time wasted on slow questioning, it was straight to getting a solution for my problem! I am honestly pretty shocked it was such fast response times!
