STAY AWAY Bought furnace/ac from Aire Serv 5 years ago that came with 10 year parts & labor warranty. Furnace now needs repair and I tried to claim on warranty. Called Aire Serv and told need to talk to management re warranty claim and someone would contact me. Well, 7 calls later over the next 2 weeks with repeated promises that someone would call and no one did. Doesn’t look like these guys are going to honor their warranty.
I advise everyone to steer clear of Aire Serv.

Note The location that installed my unit was gone a year later, a year after another location open in Calgary where I live but it closed 2 years later. Only one location in Canada is left so I posted my review here even though they are not the ones resposible. I would post on corporate parent but cant find them online.
