Deceptive way to earn new customers.
In my search for a reservation system that works for me, had to sign up in order to receive information. While this process , a credit card information is required. I did hear a presentation from Linda (assuming it’s an AI ) I asked not to be charge since I was not interested on this application. I did not respond to any further inquiries received from this company. Still a charge was posted on ny credit card and a subscription was filled with my information.
I’m disputing this and expect a cancellation of the fake subscription and a refund to my credit card.

Our sign-up process, trial period, and billing process is extremely clear - the pages are clearly marked, and there are many emails sent out. It is impossible to not know what will happen.
We are very generous with our trial periods, we freely extend trial periods with anyone who asks, and we are clear that a credit card is required up front.
Aramis ignored all that and never cancelled his account, though he was warned.
There is also no need to dispute transactions since when this situation happens, we always immediately refund the charge. There is no pushback on our part, no difficulty, and everything can be cancelled/discussed in the app without a phone call.
This is one of those cases where someone is annoyed they had to put in a card and is going out of their way to leave a nasty review out of petulance.
PS. And yes, Linda is a real person, which Aramis knows since he talked to her directly on the phone. 😀
