Hey!

Your trade failed as your inventory settings were set to private. When your inventory is private, steam won't let us send you a trade.

If you navigate to this page: https://www.steamlevelup.com/balance, you can see that your balance was automatically refunded to your site balance due to the trade failure.

All you have to do is then simply try and place another order. You will not be prompted to pay again as you already have site balance.
