Did have an appointement 01/08 at 9H30 with said to be Paulo Roberto.
Did NOT show up at 9h30 as agreed but send a message 3 mns prior saying he was at the door and that nobody answered. Then did not pick up the phone and then said that he could return the same day at 2pm.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PERSON
Wondering on which criteria the App verifies how serious the integrity and qualifications of said to be "professionnals".
Customer service NOT reachable. Hope at least can be reimbursed.
First experience and last - Will never use this app ever again NOR recommend it
I was reimbursed at 10h40 by the named person.
At least integrity of some still exists.
