Bad from the start. Sent a smaller truck than what was agreed & tried to tell us it was bigger than it was. Finally got a large truck as agreed & the contractors were amazing, fast & stacked really well. Even helped us load our truck too. When it came to payment though they overcharged us $150 for an hours work and hit us with an additional $100 fee which was apparently for heavy items which we definitely didn’t have. Everything was standard & despite questioning this they are still refusing to pay the money back. They demand payment while you are still trying to unload so that you can’t question the deliberately added on fees. Overcharging by $250 & then keeping the $50 booking fee is an extra $300 we could have used for a more honest business as the pricing is average anyway.

Recommend going with a different company. Sent a smaller truck than agreed & then tried to say the bigger truck was in Melbourne. We sent them away as we already hired a small truck to help & 10min later they “found” a new contractor who could be there in 15min.

Read the fine print!! I didn’t get what I thought I was getting & had to scroll all the way to the bottom where the true product details were.
