AVOID THIS COMPANY
Booked for 9am did not arrive until 10am. Had small truck even though we booked a large truck for a 4x2, had to do 2 runs at our expense!! Nice enough removal men but not the quickest, then again how quick can you move furniture when you are wearing a pair of thongs on your feet? My husband helped unload to try hurry things along,even though he has a bad back, the reason we hired a removal company.Then the bill was ridiculous, the removal men sat in van on driveway while the boss threatened us on phone, stating he would charge us for their removal men sitting on our street.I do NOT recommend this company.

Very careful movers
The two removalists were excellent (AJ and RD). They were very concerned about the street tree and the parking. The furniture was delivered without damage.

Bad from the start
Bad from the start. Sent a smaller truck than what was agreed & tried to tell us it was bigger than it was. Finally got a large truck as agreed & the contractors were amazing, fast & stacked really well. Even helped us load our truck too. When it came to payment though they overcharged us $150 for an hours work and hit us with an additional $100 fee which was apparently for heavy items which we definitely didn’t have. Everything was standard & despite questioning this they are still refusing to pay the money back. They demand payment while you are still trying to unload so that you can’t question the deliberately added on fees. Overcharging by $250 & then keeping the $50 booking fee is an extra $300 we could have used for a more honest business as the pricing is average anyway.
