@Bombas was a major disappointment for Christmas. I ordered socks for my wife as a stocking stuffer, her only request. I ordered them well in advance and she got mine but hers didn't arrive. I got an email they couldn't guarantee delivery for Christmas, here is a discount. Then I got another email they would not arrive at all, Sorry! Here is your refund and a gift certificate. When I gave my wife both emails to use and get something for herself, insult to injury. Neither the discount nor the gift certificate worked. You hear about all these "good" things they do, I guess they just don't do them for customers.

We received a box with 2 wine bottles to our address. We called because we believe it was sent in error. It's addressed from 3 people we don't know. We called and provided 2 order numbers to CS rep (Landre?) but he was not interested in getting to the bottom of it. We told him we don't know these people and someone is probably not receiving their gift, we're just trying to do the right thing. I asked to speak to someone else but he hung up. Zero help. If this is really associated with Fox News, you've got to do better, with better people.
