Cabernet birthday present
I ordered 6 bottles of Cabernet for my husband's birthday. He is on bottle 4 now and so far there was just 1 bottle that he didn't care for, but has loved the other 3. They also arrived on time. I had the birthday card included with the shipment. However, when you opened the card, the writing inside was upside down. Hmmm, did they intend it to be like that?

The website is super easy to use
The website is super easy to use. The wine selection is enormous and delivery speed was surprisingly good (2 days to New York). I also liked the give back to US Vets for the wine club offer (which I took)!

Poor Customer Service
We received a box with 2 wine bottles to our address. We called because we believe it was sent in error. It's addressed from 3 people we don't know. We called and provided 2 order numbers to CS rep (Landre?) but he was not interested in getting to the bottom of it. We told him we don't know these people and someone is probably not receiving their gift, we're just trying to do the right thing. I asked to speak to someone else but he hung up. Zero help. If this is really associated with Fox News, you've got to do better, with better people.

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! 54 minutes on the phone with customers service, using a website that did not show promos advertised on Fox News programs. FINALLY typing in a “paragraph” to access a website possibility, it showed product was OUT OF STOCK!
