I have waited for a week to hear…

I have waited for a week to hear anything about my purchase. That’s not great customer service.

I love the pieces and wish I could wear JAKI all the time.

I love the pieces I have purchased so far and there are so many more I would like to have but my budget won’t allow it! The items are priced really high, and this is my main criticism. The quality is excellent and I always feel like I got what I imagined when the items arrive. I wish I had enough places to go to with these classy items. Shipping is quick as well and I am in Canada. I think an area of improvement would be to group colours of the same item onto one web page instead of separately listing the black on one page and the cream on another and the purple on another, and so forth.
