My item was delivered to customer on July 2nd, I'm still waiting on my payment. I was on the phone with customer service for about an hour on Thursday, July 9th trying to get the tracking details uploaded to prove delivery. One of the customer service reps said she could see it was delivered. Another rep that is supposed to release the funds said I had to prove delivery by providing the tracking number. I attempted over and over to give them the tracking details after several attempts, he said they would release the funds in 24-48 hours. Unless they mean 48 hours business days, my funds are still on hold and the system is showing the package is still in shipped status and not as delivered. This is pissing me off. I have sold on Ebay before a while back. Never have I had so much trouble getting paid. After this experience, I'm never selling on Ebay again.

They need to get the refund policy together. Every time I try to return to the store, the store give me a hard time. I get told to call Instacart. Instacart tells me they can only do returns if there is an issue with the item. I'm tired of the back and forth. I hadn't used them in a very long time. I started again because of the promo code emailed to me. But, after my second order, I'm having issues with returning items I don't want. In this climate of expensive groceries, no one has money to waste. I'm over Instacart. I'd rather order in storeunles I absolutely can't go myself. Because, it ridiculous what you have to go through if you actually want to do a return.
