Ordered a McDonald’s Sunday evening after returning from holiday for ease for our family, as the food shop hadn’t arrived. Two items missing, rang the restaurant who said we had to contact JustEat. My husband then drove out to rebuy the missing items (defeating the whole purpose of ease). Received an email this morning rejecting the claim food was missing and no refund would be available on this occasion. How can that possibly be fair to steal money from people for a service not received?! I will never ever use JustEat again and warn off anyone else that does! Go to competitors that are far more understanding. Disgusting!
