Only used the app for a couple days, so cannot go deep into it. A quick pros & cons:
Pos:
*good first impression with in-depth questionnaire for candidates suggestions, according to combability (Value, Relationship style, etc).
Cons:
*If one is not a pay/premium member, one can only read and send the first email. Then all mails will be blurred and not readable.
