THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND STRESS EVER. Do not click on anything. There is no transparency of costs (Due to inefficiency of the website, in mobile phone u have even lesser transparency) and you will be charged immediately. To understand me better here is what happened.
I made an account in their website on 31 May. Around 9 pm and then around 9:40pm i clicked on a subscription cause basically you can see anz profile, messages or anything unless you have a subscription. I click on on time payment and the amount showed 4 euro a month.
I realized it as i was writing my billing address and I didn’t even WRITE my address and quickly reply to their order confirmation at 9:50 also at 31 May. Because i thought why should I pay 4 euro a month when i clicked on one time payment and for your info there wasn’t anywhere that they said. This is the one time payment.
I wrote that I clicked mistakenly and now I want to withdraw. At 9:58, 31 May I got the withdrawal confirmation. But guess what they day I have to pay 139€ cause due to what they say. Anyone who use service till withdrawal period should pay 139€. So in my case um charged that amount for 10 or more minutes which I spend looking at the reviews and did a withdrawal of subscription.
And most frustrating thing is that Lemonswan isn’t replying. My Klarna is on hold and I need them to solve my problem so it doesn’t effect my Schufa but all I got was a few robotic email that said the same thing without understanding. Cause no way I wanna pay that amount for nothing. Spare yourself the time and stress and don‘t use this website. I hope I could give less than a star too.
