I just purchased a Uppababy Cruz 3 Stroller in Ada (beautiful light beige color) and I was a bit nervous about it because it was it was almost 40% off and was in imperfect condition. Thankfully everything arrived in perfect condition. I inspected the stroller and I honestly couldn't not find what was wrong with it. The stroller is brand new and wheels have never been used. It came with the rain and bug shield still in original packaging. Overall I'm super happy with my purchase and saving almost $400 dollars!

I recently purchased a pair of Bottega Veneta Astaire ballet flats on Italist and had a great experience! I had changed my mind about size and the customer service was very responsive. I received a reply the same day! Now, I did try on these flats in-store so I knew my exact size but I highly recommend trying on high value items like this in store first to save yourself the trouble/cost of having to return. The flats came in perfect, new, condition with the original box and dust bags and packaged very securely. Huge plus is I saved over $300 buying them from Italist.
