Great Prices, Great Experiences
We have purchased from Rebel several times, all for baby products. Each time, the product(s) arrived in great shape and quickly. We've gotten a few overstock items and one open box. Even the open box item was in perfect condition and looked like someone had purchased it, taken it out of the box, then returned it without even assembling the item. We will continue to purchase from Rebel whenever possible, as we’ve had nothing but great experiences!

Missing half of what I ordered!
Was searching for cookware online. Rebel showed it had a 2-piece set of the brand I wanted.
I ordered it. It took WEEKS to get here.
The item I ordered was a two piece set of a dutch oven and braiser. The box contained only the dutch oven.
Upon contacting the company about the missing item, I am just told to initiate a return. They don't care. Customer service not good.
Filling out the paperwork to complete the return, they aren't even refunding the full amount paid! No explanation why, but it's $6.92 less than I paid for the items.
After showing proof that the listing of the item was misleading (only said open box, not missing parts), and at least 6 emails, they did give me a full refund.
I do appreciate the refund.

I just purchased a Uppababy Cruz 3 Stroller in Ada (beautiful light beige color) and I was a bit nervous about it because it was it was almost 40% off and was in imperfect condition. Thankfully everything arrived in perfect condition. I inspected the stroller and I honestly couldn't not find what was wrong with it. The stroller is brand new and wheels have never been used. It came with the rain and bug shield still in original packaging. Overall I'm super happy with my purchase and saving almost $400 dollars!

What happened was I received the stainless steel 13-piece Cuisinart cookware with only four pans, one was damaged. Five pans and lids were missing. The order was "open box" but one pan at least was used. It had a burnt fabric or cloth on bottom. Strange! Someone evidently in the packing dept screwed up. But I will shop there again. Thanks to Lauren's great kind care to the customer. 🙂

Very cool solution to under-stair doorway
I liked the hardware, easy to install, however positioning holes is entirely dependent on the stud layout, as it was used for an opening in a wall. Also the screws were not long enough to go through drywall, so it appears this unit is meant to attach to a wood-face wall. All in all I'm very happy with how it works, and how it looks. And functionally, it avoids the blockage of passage that a swing door creates in proximity to the kitchen island.
