I purchase a air fryer that I thought…

I purchase a air fryer that I thought was a great price the door on the air fryer was sticking I asked for a return and refund.. all together I paid $83.. for my return I'm only receiving $36.99 make that make sense never order from this company again

Bad products, bad support

The sent me two ice markets, one was dead on arrival (I had to figure out how to dispose) the second died in 3 months. They have no coverage for products after 14 days.

Shipping support

Well, there shipping info about when to deliver isnt clear and isnt solid to my standard for customer service and support. They have no physical personal who can handle customer service for shipping matter concern right there on spot. Its like you're talking to a block of wall.

Will be back for sure!

I really enjoy the mission of this company and I found every time I order the items are as described and packaged well. Will definitely continue to shop from them. Delivery communicated efficiently and received everything promptly.

Overall experience

Late shipping. Still upset with the first purchase too. If you claim to quality check, how do you miss that a “set” is missing a car seat. And still ship it.

I have received my second order from…

I have received my second order from Rebel. Shame on me for trying them after the first time. My first order had missing parts. I thought I would given them another try and my second order has missing parts. Both were purchases that indicated parts were checked. Will not buy from Rebel again.

Never got the order

My sister got me a gift - REBEL and FedEx say it was delivered and they have a picture, but I never got the item. FedEx says it's the shipper's responsibility, REBEL says there is nothing they can do - over 100$ lost - don't waste your time and buy somewhere else

Excellent customer support

Our order was was missing crucial pieces when it arrived, which was disappointing. But Rebel's customer support team was responsive and was able to quickly set up a replacement to be shipped. They took what was initially a stressful situation (the item we ordered was needed and not cheap) and made it right, and were so kind the whole way. Based off of that response, I would definitely recommend Rebel to others.
