We switched from Hyperoptic after a month long outage and terrible customer service and we wish we'd done so earlier. The customer service is amazing, transparent, available, and knowledgeable, which is almost a shame because after setup we never need to talk to them. The internet is exactly as advertised and the one time it did go down (for three minutes) we got a detailed text immediately when the issue started and was resolved. I didn't realise companies like this still existed.

Dedicated workers who stayed until the job was done. Coming from Hyperoptic it was a welcome change.

What a phenomenal experience! Billy Collins was extremely accommodating to our tight schedule, super responsive, and went the extra mile around the clock to answer our questions and get us in the right house. If we bought houses more frequently we'd absolutely come back, but this one is so good it might be for life!
