Most incompetent insurance company I've ever dealt with. They dropped my car off a flatbed on 6/11..... it's 7/9 and I'm still being abused & shuffled around. Be careful your insurance carrier does NOT use Agero BEFORE you purchase any kind of insurance!!!!!!!

It's the 1st thing I ordered 11/25 & it's still not here?? 8.99 shipping & still nothing?!!!!!! What seems to be the problem? Did u not send it with tracking? Is it being walked over on a camel from Indonesia or South Africa? This is is ridiculous. If it's not here by Christmas Eve Sun 12/24/23 I don't want to pay for it. It's a Christmas gift, if not given on Christmas, I will want a 100% refund & you will need to mail me a self stick return envelope, and arrange for free pick up off the item.
This is a bad way to do business. Will write review on google/fb/yelp etc on Sun. For your sake, I hope it's here.

Expections were NOT set up properly. Claimed would be here 12/1 by 8pm only to find AFTER 8pm that item will not delivered until 12/7 (of which I do not believe to be true). Company.is a scam!!
