Solid product that I had an issue w. Problem was resolved quickly and efficiently by Selkirk. Highly recommend.

In today’s age, Dell is operating like it is 1990. After placing an order for a stock standard product, they waited 7 days before “building” my machine - no changes to stock product required, at all. It the had to be “prepared” before shipping. The process then required another 2 weeks for shipping to Toronto, from where I have no idea.

This 4 week order process meant that my son reported to school w/out his machine. Google, Amazon, Apple or just about any other online retailer who have been able to solve a new sale of standard equipment in 3-5 business days or less.

So embarrassing for a technology company.

This company posts jobs from other job boards? In my case a job that wasn't even there. It took me to a blank screen.

So after registering with Talentis (which took me to another job board) and then registering with the other job board, there was a blank page.

This is a screen-scraping engine that does no validation or offers no unique content or services. Very disappointing.
