I initially had some problems with my order and delivery but the seller was quick to reply and for my trouble, gave me a free item. I would feel comfortable using them again in the future because they are honest and really do care about customer service.

Review of LOT Polish Airlines
They cancelled my flight and the replacement flight was 24 hours later causing me to lose out on non refundable hotel reservations. The worst part was they refused to tell me the reason for cancellation thus prohibiting me from filing a claim with my travel insurance

They don't communicate well. Leave off important information needed to plan excursions. Customer service is awful. They are very rude.

Go with another company. Hard to get them to cover expenses from plane delays if it’s not over 6 hours. If we would have waited that long, we would have missed our international connection and incurred more expenses. So they wouldn’t pay for the $1000 extra expense for our delay but would have it we had waited around and completely missed our flights resulting in $10000 cost.
They don’t care if you make a logical decision to recover your vacation.
