Notice of arrival time

I appreciate the text message letting me know that arrival time was between 30-60 minutes out and asking if there was anything special needing attention. I happened to be home when the representative was there and he was very professional and friendly.

Good companies shine when they do well…

Good companies shine when they do well correcting something that went wrong. The error was on the shipping company that somehow took took way to long to deliver and the food had thawed. I was given the choice to have all credited or have a replacement box sent out right away without question. My new box came quickly with everything frozen. Thank you!

The people make the difference

The people make the difference. Although this is a process that takes a fair amount of time, the people I worked with seemed to make it less stressful. I had several people helping me via email and phone and they were all wonderful!
