Avoid this pharmacy. I’ve placed an order on the 9th March, today is the 13th March and still showing Status: in review. I’ve tried to call 2 days ago, a lady answered and said she was going to chase the clinician and send me an update, or the refund in case of a rejection, as my BMI was lower then the required to sell Mounjaro. I understand that, so the minimum would be a response on my account and provide the refund, but no one got back to me until now. I’m very disappointed with this service, as they charge you the money first (£145,00 + £4,99 delivery 48 hrs), so then ghost you with no updates and no refund, unacceptable behaviour and customer service. This action should be illegal. Definitely I will go through legal actions if no response.

On the first call to register, the woman said that the first appointment with a nurse over the phone would only be in a week, but if I was approved, they would send the pills within five days. They give a four-hour timeframe to wait for the call. I took the day off work to wait for the call, as it's a private conversation that no one can hear. A new, inexperienced girl called me and asked a lot of questions, then told me that I would have to go to the clinic for a scan, and that they were super busy, the next appointment in another weeks. Ridiculous, false advertising. Why advertise that they'll send it by post and then make us wait endlessly? I don't recommend this clinic; find another one.

I also have this message on WhatsApp this morning saying : "Hi a recruiter from Remote Worker Ltd. We have some flexible job available. May i share some details for you?"
Clearly writing errors and unprofessional approach.
Avoid and block any sort of message like this, recruiters would email first or give you call directly, never send you a message on WhatsApp.
