I can’t a leave a zero but what an awful airline. They broke my brand new suitcase but their policies make it impossible to take any accountability. It took over a month for them to deny my claim. Cheap but at what cost. I personally will avoid ever flying with Frontier ever again.

It’s was very simple and straightforward. They communicated quickly and I scheduled for pick the next day. They arrived on time and I was paid cash. The process was very simple overall.
