The design of the website is awful. Why is trying to book a van onto a ferry so difficult?

There way of taking money is a 'subscription trap'. I intended to take the magazine for only year, as a present to my wife. At no point did I think I had a rolling subscription until they took £199 out of my bank account. I only became aware when my credit card statement arrived, by which time the 14 day cancellation period had expired. I'm feeling ripped off

They gave a delivery date, didn't show up. No communications from them, so I phoned. No the delivery would probably not happen today, they said maybe tomorrow. About as much use as a chocolate teapot.

They have taken £49.99 from my account. I dont even own a PC. They have picked up my credit card deals from years ago and started charging me for a product they dont deliver. Total scam!!

What an awful company. Difficult to contact. A slow chat with an unhelpful, reluctant operator. Don't touch these people if you want anything other than 3rd party only
