The team was 3.5 hours late due to challenges with prior moves that day (which wasn’t really their fault). I had a hard deadline for getting to the storage unit by 7:45pm and they worked incredibly hard to make sure that happen in record time — so I have to give a 5 star rating. Everything arrived in tact.

I used Viator for 3 wine tours across France (two in Bordeaux, one in Burgundy) - all were excellent. Viator's site was easy to navigate, accepted Amex (not all sites in Europe do) and the team was very communicable.
