This dealership is amazing through and through, from the quality of cars and value, to the price and customer service, all the way from enquiry through to sale. I was very cautious buying a car from a small dealership as a past experience left a very sour taste in my mouth but I’m extremely happy to have stumbled across these guys. I was interested in an A5 and any questions or concerns I raised with Yash before I came to view the vehicle were always answered promptly. They sent me the service history and details of the car prior to my visit. I travelled 2hrs to get to them and the trip was a thousand percent worth it. We were greeted by everyone with a smile and were able to take as long as we wanted looking around the car and checking all the features prior, and after, the test drive. My only niggle was that when I asked for specific features in the car, I wasn’t met with a lot of information about them and it seemed like we were all figuring it out at the same time. I do expect more from the sales team but this could be due to a high turnover of vehicles. Would have just been nice if all the nitty gritty parts of the spec were known when I was asking. That’s the only thing that was a slight downside. I took a lot of time deciding if I wanted the car, after a lovely test drive, I was given lots of time and space. I wanted a more competitive deal and Yash delivered, ensuring I left extremely happy. It’s been a month since I purchased as I wanted to ensure the car had no issues and I can confirm it’s an extremely smooth and beautiful drive, the mechanic has said it’s in fantastic condition with no issues, the specs are fantastic and my value for money is through the roof. I could not be more happy with this purchase. I’m so happy that I’m excited to buy my next car from them too (though it may be a few years). I could go on and on about the quality and value from these guys. They truly do offer high spec cars for competitive rates from what I’ve seen and are more than happy to help with any requests, questions or concerns. Everything is dealt with in a timely and professional manner. I could not recommend these guys more. Their core values are definitely making this business a great success. Can’t thank them enough for making my purchase so easy and stress free at every point.

The material was extremely thin and COMPLETELY see through. I’ve purchased a lot of lawn suits before but this one took the mick especially with each suit costing £30 EACH. Huge rip off, wouldn’t buy anything online from here again as the true quality isn’t shown in the pics, maybe in store but you can get better quality for cheaper at plenty of other suit stores across Birmingham and other cities. Really wasn’t happy and the customer service basically told me that’s how lawn suits are meant to be and to return, I had to pay out of my own pocket. Not really worth the hassle for poor quality suits that are definitely imported in for a few pounds.

It should be noted Janan did get in touch trying to offer me a refund for the postage I paid in order to return my items in return for me deleting or editing my review. I refused to do this as my reviews are honest and a true representation of the service I receive. It’s ridiculous how they think giving me a few pounds will make up for the entire experience and make me change my entire review.

I had ordered some joggers from ASOS and unfortunately one of my joggers hadn’t arrived. So I got in touch with their customer service and within 5 minutes they had processed a replacement jogger and got it all sorted out for me. Fast and quick service. Love it!
